Latest news from the uVme leadership meeting this evening covers the first two business cycles after we go live on January 21st.
Cycle One - 21st January to 11th February
This business cycle will be about members joining the business. Group structuring and achieving the best “Q” position possible in the pay plan and for motivating other members to commit to their uVme business.
The doors will open on 21st January and everyone will then be given the option of joining uVme as a business associate. Group structuring then becomes an important issue as the pay plan is structured in such a way that you can find yourself moving through the plan much quicker by helping others. From a personal perspective I will be building my uVme business with just three frontline members and encouraging others in my team to do the same. This means that there will be a huge potential for spillover within our group.
During the first business cycle an associate will be able to move any front level member they have personally sponsored, even if they have a group in place. These members must be front level to you and must be personally sponsored by you. You will only be allowed to move these members once!
End of Cycle One - 11th February
At the end of the first business cycle compression will take place. What this means is that any pre-launch registered members who have decided not to become business associates will be removed from your genealogy and will become prospects rather than members of your business. Any group that these pre-launch members have that have joined the business as paid associates will be compressed upline.
This means that if people in your group are joining (you will receive emails from the company) and you don’t join, you could be missing out big time!
Cycle Two - 12th February to 3rd March
During the second business cycle associates will be able to place any front level, personally sponsored member providing they have not already been moved. You will also be able to move any front line compressed member (a member that has been compressed upline to you because the member between yourself and them in the genealogy hasn’t joined), once only.
You will be able to place members anywhere in your downline.
I will be covering the subject of group structuring in our next post.
