Now that uVme is up and running and the soft launch is finally here, we are stepping up our support structures for all our uVme team.

Those of you that are already with us will see a number of changes to the website. Also as from this week, only team members who are paid up associates will be able to access the members area and benefit from our business building solutions.

The uVme pay plan is without a doubt the best pay plan I have ever seen. Not only does it posses a multitude of ways in which to earn from this fantastic business, it rewards members for helping others by promoting you through the plan much quicker. In my view this is very important and provides new members with the knowledge that they know that members of their upline will benefit from giving them as much help and support as possible. When we go live I will be following a simple format to build my uVme business and will be encouraging my personally sponsored members do the same. It’s not mandatory of course, you can build your uVme business however you wish. My goal however is rapid advancement through the pay plan and I recommend this as the best course of action.

In order to advance through the pay plan as per the illustration below you will need to have one personally sponsored member. When you sponsor other new members you can place them anywhere in your downline. Your upline can do the same, meaning that any member upline to you can help build your downline if they wish.

This Q4 chart shows what is needed to reach Q4 in the pay plan (3 x 3 down 4 levels of your business). If you structure your business to achieve this result then you are virtually guaranteed a nice passive income which could explode into almost anything!

Remember that you don’t have to bring all these members into your business yourself. With help and spillover from your upline it may even happen with you just having sponsored one member yourself!

The secret to structuring your business will initially come from working closely with your sponsor and your upline during the first two business cycles after we launch. Communication should be relatively easy by using the new uVme instant messenger which you will be able to download to your desktop when we are live.
